The Cancel Request feature provides the ability to request a cancellation of GSA requisitions (NSN items) and/or contractor Purchase Order items. To request cancellation, simply check the "Cancel Request" box and click "Submit".

Important Notes:

  • GSA requisitions: a cancellation may be requested for items if they have not yet shipped. You are encouraged to check Order History the next day to see if the cancellation was accepted.

  • Purchase Order items: you may request cancellation of Federal Supply Schedule items contained on your purchase orders. GSA will send the contractor a request for cancellation, however, you are also encouraged to follow-up with the contractor directly to determine actual shipment status. The phone number of the contractor is provided on the Order History - Order Summary page. Note: Please be aware that items shown as 1-day delivery cannot be cancelled.
