If you are placing an order under the micro-purchase threshold or have already sought competition (FAR 8.405-3) then: 1) Click on a Plan link (on left) to view plan description, features, and provider information. Once you have reviewed the various plans, you will link back to this screen. 2) Determine an estimated monthly cost: Enter data as required in left hand column then click "Calculate". The estimated monthly cost based on the information you have entered and the provider rates will be shown at the bottom beneath each provider. 3) To order: click the "Cart" button under the provider desired to add to your shopping cart. |

If you are placing an order exceeding the micro-purchase threshold, you must forward the requirement, or statement of work and the evaluation criteria, to an appropriate number of BPA holders (providers), and evaluate the responses received, make a best value determination (see 8.404(d)), and place the order with the BPA holder that represents the best value (see FAR 8.405-3). Clicking Get Quotes will redirect you to the GSA eBuy system where you may create and submit a request for quote, receive quotes from BPA holders, and evaluate responses. Once awarded, an order may be placed using eBuy (purchase card only) or you may use your agency’s purchase order system. |
